A true native son and man of vision, Mr. Julian Dozier serves as the President and CEO of Elite Innovations, LLC. Always the entrepreneur, Julian began organizing his neighborhood friends to mow lawns, construct lemonade stands and sell penny candy! He served as a handyman in the beginning of his career which ultimately led him to an opportunity with Cass Community Social Services. His attention to detail, project management and superb work soon propelled him into a General Contractors course and the opportunity to provide senior home repair services for the Detroit Area Agency on Aging. True to his leadership style, he established Elite Innovations and reached back to his neighborhood to provide educational support, on the job training and placement for others who needed access and an opportunity. Julian knows that anything is possible with faith and purpose, which will ensure the continued success of Elite Innovations for generations to come.

Elite Innovations offers services through Construction Management, Program/Facilities Management and General Contracting. Our client base to date consists of, Nonprofit, Residential and Commercial entities. We have established valuable working relationships with outside trades and professional consultants to further enhance our capabilities. Greetings Community Leader,
It is a pleasure to introduce myself and Elite Innovations Company, LLC., a construction company founded on care and community service. As a native Detroiter, I grew up experiencing the challenges associated with the lack of home ownership, forgotten communities, lack of skilled trade opportunities and minimal support services that keep families together; which is the foundation of a community.
I vowed to give back as an entrepreneur and community servant. The outcome is a company with 90% of our services occurring within the city of Detroit; employing native Detroiters and being intentional in our projects and partnerships with outcomes committed to upliftment and empowerment.
I found that our superpower is a service to seniors. I am proud to say that we are "senior home repair specialists," providing patience, kindness, a listening ear and an understanding of repairs that can ensure that one of our most precious and vulnerable populations "age in place" safely and gracefully.
